1. Once you give LeadTrain permission to access your contacts, you will see a list of contacts that appear to be incomplete.
a. An incomplete contact is any that is missing either a first or last name.
2. You have the option to complete the contacts (insert their name) or discard the contacts.
3. Once you have completed/discarded your incomplete contacts, LeadTrain will search for any duplicate emails in your contacts. If there are any, you will need to merge/edit those contacts.
4. LeadTrain will scan to see if there are any duplicate names in your contacts. If there are, then you will need to decide to merge or keep both duplicates.
5. At the end of this process, your contacts are cleaned (duplicates and incomplete contacts are removed) and are ready to import to your LeadTrain contacts.
